Shipping policy


Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days with a flat rate of $7. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number attached. If you have any questions about your order, email peachyhats@gmail.com

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our services in the future.


Shipping Issues 

  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at peahyhats@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
